Octane One Zircus Dirt Jump Bike Build

Here is an Octane One Zircus dirt jump bike build video.
The bike was built for one of our customers who wants to get into dirt jumps.
They only had a budget of £1000 and we gave them a very nicely speced out bike for the price.
The parts consist of mostly new components but some good quality used components.

someone please help me sort the 1/8 - 3/32 chain conundrum
did you mount a specifique chain ring on the descendant crank ?
Is 1/8 compatible with MTB transmission ?
Why is it that when I tried that on my Absolut the chain simply didn't fit the cogs ?

I wanted a gold chain for my bike! My local only had the shadow supreme in black tho.. it still goes with my bike, but that gold would have made it pop! Very nice bike
