This video is all about enlargement by a negative scale factor and forms part of the playlist 'enlargement by negative scale factors.'

The question is based on a series of GCSE enlargement by negative scale factor questions that can be downloaded here.

This particular question asks for triangle T to be enlarges by a scale factor of -2 through 0 (the origin). In this case I've used 'lines of enlargement' to draw the new shape accurately.

Videos are presented in a straight-forward manner and we can sense the understanding for learners that is behind the approach and is key to making the presentations successful. Down-to-earth attitude to maths and that makes learners feel that they can achieve. Definitely got your own way and that's what imitators will struggle with as copying your style just wouldn't work - they wouldn't come across as being natural. Thank you.

At 1:36 what did you call the new point? "A..." same for the new B point and the new C point.
