I just tried Facto meal delivery program. I searched to see if anyone has reviewed this. I have tried a ton of delivery services and this one hands down has been the best one. You’re right when you spoke about the sodium being high in most meal services. I remember w/ dinnerly it always was but i had the option to not cook the food w/ it. Same w/ home chef - i leave the salt out.

Does factor 75 give you a lower salt option?

Thank you soooo much for showing the food. You’re the 2nd reviewer i clicked on while searching this one YouTube. First reviewer did NOT show the food, so thank you for being very thorough. The portions look GREAT! Wow. Most food services whether pre-cooked or not usually are small and always cost like $75+/wk for a 2 person plan of just 3 recipes/6 meals. I understand factor 75 is more tailored for a single person.

The food looks great though. The chicken - my god. Usually when you nuke it, it dries out yet this stuff is moist. I’ve been considering signing up cuz i am tiring of home chef. Reason being, home chef is like 75% chicken meals. That’s okay but when their chicken only lasts for like a 1-2 days in your fridge after it arrives and it goes bad before you can use it, well you just threw $20 down the drain cuz maybe you wanted to cook the shrimp first ya know. Idk. Or just too tired to cook/prep. I can’t tell you how much chicken I’ve thrown out b/c it went bad but ever since, i stopped ordering chicken dishes from them and i’ve skipped a lot of deliveries cuz they’re mostly chicken dishes. Their steak sucks - they use flank steak and it’s Uber tough. Totally inedible unless you grind it up. And I just logged in today to skip all my deliveries until 10/14 and saw that now they’re using sliced pork and other sliced meats which translates into tough meat. There’s only been like maybe 1-2 meals i like enough to order but it’s $9.95-$13.95/meal depending on if you go off their special menu and then if you do customizations that may cost $ for extra meat etc... you’re up to like $47-$65 on just 2 meals before you know it. That’s crap, sorry. Waste to me. So I’ve been skipping since like mid July.

I’m trying to lose weight and while i do love the taste of home chef - they are good, I’m just wasting too much cuz of the chicken going bad and then since that started...my choices are limited down to salmon and shrimp b/c their steak is tough and the chicken goes bad. I mean how much salmon and shrimp can i eat ya know. The reason why i stopped dinnerly to go to home chef was cuz of variety and now b/c of their chicken going bad so fast, the variety is pretty much gone from home chef. So I’ve been looking for a meal kit that will catch my eye and i saw factor 75 on instagram. It’s a plus if it’s pre-cooked cuz then i just have to heat it up. I don’t have a microwave though. I can use a skillet to heat it up though. It comes out to being a few bucks more a wk then home chef but not bad plus you get 4 meals instead of 3. I love cold pressed juices. I have made so many of my own in my juicer so i would love to try theirs. I will share your bonus code though. Ty for your review.

it's easy to make moist meat, look up how to brine--it works bc of reverse osmosis

The high sodium level put me off... I can't eat meals that causes me heart attacks .. I don't want high sodium food cause that's not healthy no matter how much organic ingredients they use... High sodium will causes you heart probems in a long run...So it's a no for me then..

Factor is way too high in fat and sodium. I found the meals to be generally tasted but cancelled my subscription.
