ATOLE DE AVENA CON CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS:
► 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
► 1/3 cup sugar
► 2 cups whole milk
► 4 cups water
► 4 cinnamon sticks
► 1 Chocolate Abuelita tablet

I love how all of these drinks seem to contain some hearty (seemingly filling) ingredient which makes me not only think about the history behind them but know it’s perfect for a winter nighttime drink warming you and filling your belly before bed ; if I make it with my son like I’m imagining it’ll also fill my heart

Se ve delicioso, estoy a poco tiempo de que nazca mi bebé y esos atoles me recuerdan a las costumbres de mi mamá y abuela que según baja mas leche con los atoles, 😅 a mi me funciona muy bien solo tomando bastante agua pero con este frío si se antojan mas los atoles ❤
