'What are your strengths and weaknesses?' Example answers to job interview question

How to answer the interview question: "What are your strengths and weaknesses?"

When asked this question the most common response is for the interviewee to rattle off a list of characteristics they think the hiring manager is looking for e.g. honesty, integrity, excellent organisation skills or being a perfectionist is a common example of weakness.

There is nothing wrong with any of the characteristics listed, however, to give you an edge over other candidates, watch the video! You will get sample answers to a weakness and strength that you can make relevant to a job and give a clear example of how you can demonstrate your strength or weakness in a professional setting.
