Baltimore resident here, with connections in BCPS. The principal has already been replaced at Pikesville High, even though the charges were false. He's currently working elsewhere in the school system, most likely going to become a principal again (at a different school) next year. The athletic director was trying to hire his roommate as a coach without going through HR for interviews and such, and probably got mad when the principal blocked it.

It's gone mostly unsaid, but I'm pretty sure this is one of the first incidents of a person not getting away with this. I can almost guarantee you that someone has successfully ruined someone else's career with AI already because they didn't have the funds to prove it was fake.

I was a barista for 10 years at Starbucks. During that time I made many mistakes making drinks or not remembering people's names and normal orders. The amount of times i was accused of being racist for making those simple mistakes still haunts me. I had people try to take my $8 an hour job from me and humiliate me in front of a packed coffee shop because their cappuccino was wrong and I apparently did it because I'm a white supremacist.
