I'd rather agree with the author's comment, yet however, that is deeply wrong and awful for children to pay for the deeds of their parents. No death in a series has any right justification in my opinion. Both Mehemet and Mustafa were innocent and became the victims of their beloved mothers. The great tragedy and final moral of the series is that the pain you cause to others will strike you in return twice harder. Mahedevran and Hurrem had a long story of those snake-like fights between each other. Because of two snakes fighting each other, following simple hate, noble and bright youngsters, the future of the nation, were dying one by one.
