Vermicomposting 101: How to Start a Worm Bin.

In this video I am going to show you how to set up your first worm bin.

What you will need to set up your first bin:
Bin or tote
Peat Moss or Coco Coir
Paper, shredded paper or cardboard
Boiling hot water
Water (lukewarm)
Spoon or stick for mixing
Food scraps or kitchen scraps
Worms ( Red Wigglers)

Stay tuned for part two when I start to talk more about what worms can and cannot eat in the worm bin, some common problems or issues you may have, and about what you can do with the worm castings.
