It’s the little seemingly insignificant stories like this that separate Jose from the majority of other managers. Just think that he made a huge number of kids days by getting them involved with professional training when he had no reason to, it’s probably a core memory for so many of those kids and it stems from a simple act of kindness and consideration that many other managers wouldn’t even dream of providing, and this is the side of Jose that is so often overlooked when he’s being criticised but actually shows the type of person he is ❤
