Its not right method.Your solder is weak! I now what i write! If you use only hot air gun for hitting board you can easily damage connector!!! Different air hot gun have different temperature and can damage hot connector by twizer when touch it. If you hit connector about 300 celsius and above it not alive! For good results you must hitting 280 celsius and lower! If you have good quality thermal stand and skill you can resolder connector on 265-270 celsius! For soldering high quality need hit all board by thermal stand! I can simply resolder connector on original high temperature paste! Without ANY problem! In repair i usually resolder connector by 180 rotating on board after water or mechanical damage!
