Elia; yunanca zeytin demek. 42 yıldır mutfakta olan Michalis, Elia ismini hem zeytini çok sevdiği için hem de Samos’ta çok fazla zeytin ağacı olduğundan dolayı tercih etmiş. Akdeniz mutfağı ağırlıklı olan restoranda farklı yerel lezzetler de mevcut. Başlangıç için bal ve cevizle süslenmiş Samos graviera peynirinin tadına bakabilirsiniz. Elia means olive in Greek. Michalis, who has been working in the kitchen for 42 years, has preferred the name Elia both for he was too fond of olives and there were too many olive trees in Samos.
