In-line slitter for Foam PVC

This type of machine applies state-of-the-art technology to the longi-tudinal (version SWLS10/25) or transversal (version SWLS/TRA) cut-ting of PVC foam panels or profile panels in general extruded in single or dual strand and it does so without making any dust or swarf.
Performance levels make possible in-line cutting at speeds of up to 8 m/min depending on the width and quantity of profiles/panels to be cut. What is more, thanks to pneumatic height adjustment of the blade, profile panels of up to 25 mm thick can be cut.

LONGITUDINAL IN-LINE SLITTER
This machine can be supplied with one, two or three cutting heads to make possible in-line multiple longitudinal cutting of panels of up to 640 mm in width for the standard version. The cutting position can be set to the desired width either manually or by motor-ized adjustment (optional).
This technology is most commonly applied in the cutting of PVC foam or honeycomb panels.

TRAVERSAL IN-LINE SLITTER
The version for transversal cutting, the SWLS/TRA, is suited to the in-line cutting of ceiling and wall cladding panels extruded in single or dual strand or honeycomb panels and has a working range of up to 850 mm in the standard version. To guarantee efficient cutting blade rotation is motor driven.
In both versions there is the option of fitting an electrical heater to preheat the panel in or-der to facilitate cutting and optimise machine performance. The frame made of electro welded box section steel is painted, the structures supporting the moving parts in anodized aluminium and the parts in contact with the profile in stainless steel all make this a top quality machine.
