Spiderman: That may be true, but I have the experience and strategy to outwit you. I have numerous allies to help me in a fight, something that you don't seem to have.

Deathstroke: I don't need allies, my skills and abilities are good enough for me. I know that I am a formidable opponent, and that I have the skills and strength to defeat any foe.

Spiderman: That may be true, but I have something that no other man has. I have a superpower that no one else has. I can sense impending danger and threats. I can swing from rooftops, track opponents, and even crawl on walls.

Deathstroke: Perhaps, but I have the weapons and techniques at my disposal. I'm trained in many different martial arts and can wield a variety of weapons. I'm also tactical in my approach and can outmaneuver any foe.

Spiderman: What about intelligence? Intelligence is the key to victory. I can outsmart any opponent with my knowledge and wit.

Deathstroke: Intelligence can only take you so far. I'm an expert strategist and can figure out ways to outwit any opponent. I'm also an expert marksman and have trained my reflexes to a fine edge.

Spiderman: Alright, I can see that you are a formidable opponent. But let's not forget that I'm Spiderman. I am courageous and I will always fight for what I believe in, no matter what the odds.

Deathstroke: That may be true, but it doesn't change the fact that I am tougher and more experienced than you. I am ready for anything you may throw at me.

Spiderman: I'm sure you are. Let's fight then and see who wins.

Im pretty sure Peter beats him in every category. Battle IQ is debatable but, these are the game variants, and Spider-Man has shown better feats in terms of BIQ
