When I was put on steroids a side effect was always having a metallic taste in my mouth. Mike and Ike’s would be sweet enough to cut through the metallic taste.

I had cancer when I was a kid, and because of that, I had a Parra who is only job was to escort me from classroom to classroom because I would forget where I was going. Thanks for the medication, but she would go the extra mile and buy me gifts for my birthday or holidays and when I graduated high school she got me a box of Mike knives and every flavor they make it was awesome.

Mike and Ike candy is definitely delicious. Unlike their unwanted forbidden cousin(Good and plenty).

They are speciality sweets that have to be imported here and cost up to 5 bucks a pack but I think they are worth it.
I love the chewiness, and flavour and because of their size I like them even better than jelly beans. 😊
