The Covid-19 vaccine is yet to come. While we still wait for the coronavirus vaccine updates, we must introspect what this pandemic has taught us in the past few months. The year 2020 has changed our lives. We have never seen anything like this before. The last major pandemic was the Spanish flu over 100 years ago! Here are 10 lessons to learn from COVID-19

1. Humanity is fragile: It took just 2 grams of virus to bring a population of 7.8 billion people to its knees.

2. Leaders who deny science are a liability: We have seen the American President Donald Trump deny science. Being ignorant towards science is very bad leadership. One must listen to the advice of the experts and act accordingly.

3. Everyone must learn how to cook: It teaches you self sustainability. Many people re-discovered the art of cooking and eating-in.

4. Sometimes sacrificing individualism is good: Some people complain about being home or wearing masks in public. When it comes to greater good, we should be willing to sacrifice a bit of freedom.

5. Mental health is also important: Besides being physically fit, one should be mentally fit as well. COVID-19 pandemic has left a lot of people depressed. Meditation calms your mind and saves you from anxiety and depression.

6. Adapt Fast: We should adapt to new technology as quickly as possible.

7. Earth regenerates quickly without humans into play: Within days into the lockdown, pollution levels dropped to the extent that the Himalayas were visible from the cities of Punjab for the first time in 30 years.

8. Work from home should be an option for many: Working from home saves time and energy and also increases the output of the employees.

9. War-like preparation on medical front: We should be war prepared so that when the next pandemic strikes, we have a definite plan of action that can be implemented quickly.

10. Doctors and Researchers should be paid well: Doctors are working day and night to save as many people as they can. Researchers are working around the clock to develop the Coronavirus vaccine. They should be paid well because they are the one who will get us out of this mess.

Till the time COVID-19 vaccine develops, we have to take care of ourselves. 2020 is about surviving. Sooner or later, this will end and everything will get on track!

I'd like to add more pay to nurses and all front line staff who have been and still are invaluable. On a heavier 😄😄😄 note , many of us have been eating more during this time. A lovely video you've created and throughly enjoyed watching

Another lesson was terrorism around the world stopped during the pandemic and people belonging to different thought & beliefs started to cooperate with each other.
May all our disputes be resolved by using words and not hands.

Why just doctors and scientists and researchers the nurses and the people under them carrying patients etc. Should also be given importance which people actually don't credit them with.

Workout? Mediatation? Calm mind?? TRY IT WHILE HOMESCHOOLING KIDS WITHOUT INCOME. Don't you dare tell people what to sacrifice. You're speaking about science. Actual science allows different approaches and points of view. This video is disgusting propaganda of harmful compliance.
