Day 7 | Crown | 7 Day Chakra Healing *With or Without Props*

Hello beautiful beings,

This series is curated with love and special attention to our energy centers. We are focusing on our Crown chakra, or Sahasrara. According to ancient Kemetic culture, we actually have an 8th chakra which they called our "Ka." In this video I have curated a practice in which we honor both our 7th and 8th chakra, with an emphasis on our crown.
