I think, from their origin, the Pegasus vs L-Drago battle. It was Galaxy Pegasus vs Lightning. It was Galaxy Pegasus that defeats Lightning L-Drago which leads to L-Drago being sealed off inside a crystal, and thus L-Drago was made forbidden and no much left spinning beys was ever produce. And for Galaxy Pegasus, after it's victory over L-Drago, it was also placed inside a cave and then over time, gets fossilized, until Gingka came and revive Galaxy Pegasus's spirit. It was from Galaxy Pegasus that we get Storm Pegasus and possibly, almost all the right spinning beys
