Going to be very careful that sodium thing though because lots of people have strokes from high blood pressure so just be very careful use the electrolytes and do not salt all of your foods if you have high blood pressure problems consult the doctor or medical physician with that type of stuff pretty please

Yeah you right, this morning I went to the gym after my class I didn’t feel myself I couldn’t do the amount of set I usually do, and I realize that I was not eating properly. I want to lose weight cause I have soccer tryouts and also build muscle but I’ve been feeling weak.

I usually consume 1600 daily and try to workout 6 time a week till failure and plus practice, and today I found out I over did it. I’ll have to fix my schedule but still want to workout 6 week plus cardio. Any advice

What is an okay workout? Or a bad workout? I feel like I’m fairly intense no matter how I’m feeling, obviously days are better than other but I don’t feel like I ever have a “bad” day

Getting enough water and carbs before working out has gotten me to kick my caffeine addiction from pre-workout l. Can't believe I built up enough tolerance to where 200mg wasn't enough

Train hard consistently for decades on end. Sleep around 8 hours a night.
Eat healthy foods (meats, dairy, fruits, vegetables, rice, etc) and reap the results 💪🏻🦸
Consistency is key.

I train at 6am so eating breakfast is not going to happen. I take maltodextrin and EAAs during my AM training session.

I don't eat anything all day before my workout. I do notice the worst workouts I've had are the days I didn't drink enough water.
