Combining the basics of this with the basics of auction market theory, supply/demand and H.T.F trend following has opened my eyes to a reasonably consistent and reliable set of probabilities, having a snowball effect on my profits over time even though I find a "risk manageable" rock in the path.

I used this today as an additional filter for my trades (I only trade the ES and have been for 5 years), and wow! At the very least, this will keep me from taking lower quality trades

Had back to back trades that were in trend on HTF. Contracted, dropped to LTFs (I use 3 time frames), and waited for the two legs and both hit swing targets. With very nice RR. Thank you, sir! Like I said in my previous post...good shit.
