Frank cannot be reasoned with, because anything you throw at him is NOTHING compared to the mental gymnastics he has to perform in order to believe what he believes while being a super mutant

Frank Horigan, the only Fallout enemy where there are only 2 ways the legitimately fight him without mods: 1) know about the turrets in the room beforehand and hack them, or, 2) grab the biggest party of followers you can get with the best gear in the game and just *pray* Horigan kills you last.

The Master was memorable but Frank was iconic. Probably helped by the fact you occasionally get to see small insights into his (presumably) daily routine throughout the story that gives you an idea what he’s all about. It’s like a huge buildup, this inevitable clash.
