the old 2004 RMZ250 with bad starting problems has been fixed, top end rebuilt and bottom end and still could not start it, cleaned the carby still would not start. Unplugged every thing and cleaned contact now starts like a dream. We could roll start it however when we could not kick start it.

Unplugged everything and cleaned contact? What does this mean? I'm trying to solve hard starting when cold.. Thx

i also have a 2004 rmz 250 and i have a starting problem too. it starts no problem when it is cold but when it gets hot or even warm it will not start even using the hot start. i can bump start it when its hot but thats a pain to do in the trails, any advice?
