Cleveland...it's here. The winter weather we've been prepping you for has officially arrived. The impacts have already begun early this morning. Rain to snow, plummeting temperatures, and a flash freeze all happening prior to daybreak. After that, the cold really starts to settle...which will lead to staggering wind chill values thanks to strong winds. More details about today and the holiday weekend below...
