You really don't understand what happened to Shamier Little on the last 100m ?
It's called lactic and it happens to all the athletes in the 400mH (and to anyone that pushes their muscles to the limit basically).
Athletes have to train to actually keep running while lactic acid is building up in their muscles and it's like torture.
I suggest you either try it yourself to really get how bad it feels or maybe stop laughing at athletes that have to deal with it ...
