Looking at the gold chart on Friday, it felt to me gold was on the verge of breaking out from its consolidation channel. The miners looked good too so I threw some change at the sector and bought $100K of gold, leveraged gold, miners and leveraged miners. The Tuesday close surge was very bullish but I sill hedged 30% of the position at the close in case it we see a pullback tomorrow. Since gold has been over $2.3K for the entire second quarter, I will hold the miners through the July earnings which should beat to the upside. Gold is headed to $2.6K to $2.7K short term.

Spokennoise let me also say, though I think gold is extremely undervalued. It is finite, not everybody can own it if everybody did own it. No one else could own it because they're only about 2 and a 1/2 ounces per person for everyone in the world. So I think gold is grossly undervalued. I think silver is. Undervalued as well and I think the dollars heading for about 70 as soon as it approaches. 70, that's when we're going to see the all time highs for gold and silver, and I also think that when Bitcoin hit 0 I might buy in this time.

It seems as hard as they try, they can’t keep silver down lately. It will drop down, but not for long. I’ve seen it drop below $29 from a high of almost $32, then climb its way back up. I’m beginning to believe we’ll see $35oz before the end of the year.
