I am not a professional in clothing designs, but I think dark navy and black are considered mourning colors. Prince George matched his Dad's blue military uniform that he wore to the funeral.

Harry was not stripped of anything. He voluntarily resigned his honorary military positions as he was unable to fulfil the obligations of those positions from California. In the U.K. those who have resigned their commissions can no longer wear the uniform, but they can wear their medals. If you see a British officer in uniform, he or she is serving.

Oh please, give it a rest. Everyone looked smart. It wasn't a fashion show, it was a very sad funeral. Harry is not allowed to wear a military uniform anymore as he is no longer a working royal and has given up his patronages. He was only allowed to wear a uniform for the vigil with special permission from King Charles.

Sophie is one of the royal spouses that is always in the background but I'm glad that she and Prince Edward are coming together as senior royals. Also, her dress was absolutely beautiful.
