Candace belongs on The Candyland Plantation with Stephen (Samuel L. Jackson's character) from the movie Django Unchained.

As a straight white man I don’t believe the deck is stacked against me in nearly the same way it was and in some places is stacked against people of other races in America. However I can say that growing up in a Hispanic dominated south Texas town and living in south and west Texas my entire life and being of lower to lower middle working class, there is significant bias against white men in other ethnic groups. And being in these regions, which are dominated statistically by non-white or white Latinos is not a cake walk. Most of us who live here understand that this is just the rebound effect just like the rebound that happens every time integration is forced on any culture. The generations who are in charge now grew up with parents who were oppresssd by white people. So we just have to deal with it. It’s our fault for being white. No big deal. Just is what it is. If we wanted an easy road, we could move to Kansas. But we love the place and the culture beyond its hate for us. So we stay. Honestly, white people from other parts would not like us anyhow. Which is why Texans have such a poor reputation in most of the country. Not their faults. The way they treat us. Not anyone’s fault who can be made to pay for it. Just is what it is.

You don't dislike Candace that much that she has your attention to talk about her for nearly 4 mins.

I don't agree with everything Ms Owen says but have nothing but respect for her. Intelligent, honest and brave. Sad watching 4 black adults giggle like children at their sister. Pathetic Tammi
