Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Carrot – 1
Beans – 5
Potato – 1
Cauliflower
Peas – ½ cup
Curd – 1½ tbl spoon
Grated coconut – 4 tbl spoon
Fennel seeds – ¾ teaspoon
Cashews
Salt
Coriander leaves
Kasuri methi – ¼ teaspoon (optional)
