Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath recently criticized India's secularists for their silence on the plight of Hindus in Bangladesh. He pointed out that one and a half crore Hindus in Bangladesh are desperately pleading for their lives, yet the world remains silent, particularly India's secularists who, according to him, are more concerned about their vote bank than human sensitivity. Yogi asserted that these secularists have perpetuated a political narrative post-independence that prioritizes political gain over humanity. He accused them of inheriting a colonial mindset from the British, leading India with a mentality that has caused the country to pay a heavy price, including the tragedy of partition. Drawing on the thoughts of Maharishi Arvind, Yogi emphasized the spiritual invalidity of Pakistan, predicting its eventual reintegration with India or its complete disappearance. He urged for a national awakening to correct past mistakes, emphasizing the need to overcome internal divisions and work towards the unity and integrity of India.
