In my last house, I had a Kitchen Aid double drawer dishwasher made by Fisher & Paykel under the Kitchen Aid name. I absolutely loved it. I agree with the last reviewer. If you alternate between drawers, you never have to empty the dishwasher. As you use the dishes from one drawer, just put the dirty dishes in the other. It's fabulous. I found that the capacity was greater than a regular dishwasher. I also know where the other reviewer is coming from. Every 18 months on average, I had to call the repairman. It was very frustrating. However, I had seen some reviews of the newer Fisher & Paykel machines and they said the repair frequency has since gone way down. It was so convenient that I'm anxious to give it another try when I renovate my kitchen.

You failed to mention something obvious, if a person does not want to bother unloading the dishes into their cupboard they can just rotate between the two drawers which saves a lot of time and effort.

Is there a video that says exactly what a draw dishwasher is?? A cutaway, a section view? This is a sales pitch. That's fine, but I have no mental image to compare it to.

I’ve had a fisher Paykel dbl drawer DW, for years and as much as I love the style it’s a LEMON, I’ve had nothing but trouble and repairs on it. I’m so disappointed cuz it was expensive now I use for storage. And hand wash everything. SO DONT BUY THIS BRAND FOLKS....I’ WOULD CONSIDER A SINGLE DRAWE. ANY SUGGESTIONS? I’ve had 3 Plumbler’s tell me this is not a good brand....
