My research shows a 1, 487% decrease but I don’t let that happen so my sales have gone through the roof!

800% decrease is impossible. Means that you stop selling and start buying. Doesnt make any sense

Feels alot like commision breath. People dont like desperation in sales reps. It shows that they dont care that much about you and are desperate for a commission

I think it works very well for an appnt setter to get back within 5 minutes, qualify and then get them booked in

I’m a car detailer, when I get a meta lead through and wait a couple mins before calling, would you recommend I pick up the phone saying something like “I’m working on a car right now but I had your info through on my phone so thought I’d give ya a call now” or should I try to hide the fact I’m working on cars because I’m running such a large established organisation over here 😂

I do not agree with this at all. If I put in a quote for replacing my water heater let’s say. If you call me right away and are good you will get the first appointment to come check it out. If you wait 10 minutes I’ve definitely put in for quotes from other places and likely been called back already and now when you call “no thanks I have someone else already”

People don’t put in lead info if they are not trying to solve a problem

I typically will finish any pending task and call back during my call block which is usually 30 min to a hour

I do disagree with you here. In our business people tend to only want to have conversations with the first one who reaches them. Mind you our average length per initial conversation is 15 minutes. You don’t reach first - welcome to the shop around realm. Selling higher ticket products is a different beast however, where you tend to make the value sale. So its all business dependent

He said 5 minutes so your advice is to call even quicker? Lol. And where did you get this 800 percent number? Why not make it 1000 percent? What's your source? Oh from experience....sure buddy lol
