「Hello Luxembourg」Distillery Adam

Luxembourg is home to many distilleries, which produce excellent brandies and liqueurs from regional fruit. In this little video I'm visiting my friends Caroline and Joël of the Distillerie Adam in the village of Kehlen, which has been traditonally distilling since 1907. Despite now working with state-of-the-art equipment, Caroline still fuels her distilling machines with wood – a very rare and beautiful way to keep this traditional craft going in its 4th generation.

The distillery also is home to an impressive distillery museum, in which visitors can discover the history of distilling in Luxembourg and witness how distilling has changed over the years.
