Rugby has a system where you can hear the interaction between TMO and the ref which makes the decision transparent and clear even if wrong

In Rugby they have this down too a T. You get to watch what happened and hear the discussion between the Ref and the TMO(television match official). The ref asks the TMO to review certain aspects the TMO then tells the ref what they found and then the Ref makes a decision.

They already have this really well implemented in cricket. Very useful sometimes

Cricket even has a 3rd Umpire, who is referred to.
We all can see the replay and hear the decision ourselves as well as the communication between then refs and the tech team.

Cricket has been doing this way better since so many years. Cricket decision goes to third umpire who is sitting at a headquarter and the whole camera view and tech to make the decision is displayed on the screens inside the stadium as well as on television. Its very simple.
