It’s good to see the bill passed, but it’s also pathetic. We need ~$4.7 trillion to fully improve our infrastructure, and only $550 billion are spent (the other half is spent on corporate giveaways and other BS)

Concessions?. It has already happened in Australia. A joint Concession between Corporations and Government. The Government puts up half the money and the Corporations get 50 year's leases and the Corporation collect the road Tolls.
