I haven't enjoyed WWE for the last several years, but this was a fun Premium Live Event. The finale felt like those completely out of control late 90s events when you couldn't easily guess who would win.

I wouldn't consider this the "first" ppv under the HHH Era, only because the card was in place by past creative. While he did put his spin on things, his first PPV will be Clash at the Castle. I would say his regime will start on RAW.

Brock diving onto Roman at the top of the match was phenomenal. Also, Brock just beating Roman with pieces of the table he broke Roman through was incredible.

Genuinely just a fun event, Kinda went flat for a bit after Logan Vs. Miz but that main event solidified SummerSlam 2022 into history

As someone who didn’t catch it live, I think I benefitted greatly from having Lesnar/Reigns as the third match I watched. It was chaotic to a point I couldn’t believe and really made me fall in love with the whacky side of wrestling again, and then as soon as replay was available I got to see that Becky/Bianca barnburner and everything from the entrances to post match was PERFECT. Even if the middle fell a little flat, there was enough pomp and circumstance to make it a gem. I loved this show

Michael Cole and Pat McAfee being Aladdin and the Genie is so spot on. A guy who people for the most part like but is doing things that are bad or annoying for years helped out by a fun loving goof who can do whatever the hell he wants

Random observation: Someone in each of the first 4 matches (all from Raw interestingly) wore yellow/gold. Becky, Logan Paul, Lashley, Theory and the Mysterios. Glad to see Bayley back, along with Dakota and Io. Apparently Vince supposedly turned down the idea of making them a stable, big surprise. What ideas with the potential to be good didn't he turn down the past few years? TURN IT DOWN! *guitar riff* Anyway, will be fun to see Bianca and Becky mix it up with all of them, and Becky v. Bayley is about the only match with the Four Horsewomen that hasn't been done to death.

Yet again WWE delivered big time IMO. For some reason I really wasn’t feeling it for this show but they definitely underpromised and overdelivered. I actually thought the finish to the Liv - Rousey match was good.

Seriously, I know it’s a short sample size, but you can definitely tell that there is a different feel now in WWE with Triple H at the helm.
