I haven't seen anyone do it, but you can cancel fireballs into demon flip during V trigger II

flashier, sure. But I still think akuma loses more than he earns with this V trigger.

Its a viable option to have one V with Demon and one without. I think the reason being that V1 can make certain plays more predictable and the enemy more defensive. V2 can make them "fear" you less and a little more open, which if used against them makes the second V trigger more lethal in the right hands.
So, unless I got this wrong, specials are more like just special moves instead of the different versions, no Demon, but specials can be cancelled into each other for more combos.
Also can be charged faster (much faster) as a 2 bar.
I think its a viable change. Leaving demon on it and making it a 2 bar would have been stupid. Meanwhile the normal moves on trigger 1 are too much again for a 2 bar trigger.
Very viable change. Why are people bitching? Some matches might have the 3 bar V1 trigger not even get charged at all or not often enough or too late. Which means it needs to be a little stronger.
V2 can be tossed out sooner to help the match for any combo string you got them with to make it land more damage.
idk. I like it, a lot.

Instead of the just taking away the demon they should have replaced it with KKZ or Demon Armageddon

It's like you can't give ryu red fire ball becouse Akuma learns teleport a back flip and a new special that nobody ever expected :( lol

Yo did he make the fireball fall short so that ryu would miss the parry and then used a heavy fireball after??

what an extremely hard character to play as. No damage, no health, and you get stunned easy

With v trigger 2 can akuma go from a tatsu into a demon flip back into a tatsu mid combo ....

Looks cool but no demon=instant turnoff

You can actually air fireball out of spinning kick cancel.. his combos with have been crazier if he knew at that time.. sure he does by now lol
