An excellent job pronouncing the names, however, I think it necessary to point out that "able to teach " is apt to teach. It is having an "aptitude" for teaching hence "apt". It is not saying elders need to be teachable, even though that should be a trait. I'd also point out the leaders were listed prior to the families, contrary to your whole point. Verse 2 is the leaders.
