I would consider changing your start. Rather than a dynamic from bottom up try from top down. Your balance in the the first pull just seems a bit off and possibly inconsistent.

I think cutting extension may add to the hop back a little bit. I think because you're trying to sneak under the bar you aren't getting as much height as you can and it's messing with your leg/foot mechanics.

Catalyst has an article on hopping back, looks to me like you mainly bend your knees to drop under, causing your feet to shoot backwards since your hips don't flex much to compensate for the backwards movement of your feet.

Just my 2 cents

-catch position isn’t stable, because it’s on the heel
-catch position needs to be balanced with weight in middle of feet, upper body sitting at the centre of gravity

Perhaps you should follow through with your calves with both the clean and jerk. Additionally, it helps me to adjust my elbows lower before jerk.

Caught the bar too late.
Bar trajectory is off
Form is off
Upper body is lacking stability, weight is making you lean back on the heel of foot therefore causing you to fall back

Normies will say it’s a good clean and jerk. Moral of the story:
Work on form before putting weight and creating bad habits

Your pop up doesn’t need to be that aggressive. Seems like you’re purposely trying to lift the bar up for a second when you come up from your clean. Just unnecessary
