Agreed and paid the tax in Jan 24 following death in July 23 and still awaiting the Grant! A simple estate with one beneficiary. All I have had is acknowledgement and receipt. What’s going on..is this more if WFH? This leaves an empty property waiting to be sold . No wonder there is a shortage of housing stock!

As you'll find upon someone's death everybody and their uncle want a share of whatever they left and the main player in robbing you is the tax man. You'll see vultures descending from all over, including the so-called man of god when he asks for his share for spending 5 minutes at the grave.

Sorry but this video looks weird. The man;'s mouth movements look like they have been overlayed later. Why is that?

Probate takes way too long. Expected estate, so no inheritance tax to pay or debts, etc, shouldn't take that long.

Imagine someone dies and you’re expected to tell all their utility companies, banks, lenders, etc..” get their estate valued (somehow need to figure out what they own) and pay the tax on it somehow

Lmao
