"High skill ceiling we love" in a fps game is creating space clearing angles. Not spamming utils to kill enemies, not to mention the severe visual clutter that comes with it.

I think the agent screaming IM About Flash when he is holding it would help the team coordinate more than visual effect on the map.

changing the cd on bounce and range of vo is truly helpful especially on supportive, especially on solo queueing, 0 reason to buff rmb flash, nice buff so far loving to use this agent again
