For anyone confused, the reason why the flash doesn't blind you is because it lands slightly under the wooden edge. It looks like it's supposed to flash you, but I the flash explodes out of your line of sight.

How this one works is a TINY bit of collision is blocking the flash, for example on the firing range you can flash behind a fence and look right at it and not get blind

The size of Kay/o's flash at least from an enemies pov looks so smaller than other flashes. Sometimes I don't even see it being thrown in the midst of all the chaos.

If you enable the nvidia new hud remove thing YOU CAN NEVER GET BLINDED. It removes the blind amimation completely
