Is there any way where we can add a countdown timer in the course ?

I have a few questions:

1: Can I drip the course based on assignments grades? when the instructor fills the grade on the assignment, the next module of the course opens for the student
2: Can I print all assignments grades the student did throught the course on the certificate? or just a final grade? can I do either one?
