Kelly Rowland appeared to scold a security guard at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday. Page Six Senior Reporter Bernie Zilio shares this story.

Initially, the former Destiny’s Child member was photographed smiling and waving while making her way down the red carpet ahead of the “Marcello Mio” premiere, striking pose after pose for the eager shutterbugs.

Rowland, 43, dazzled in a flowy red dress that gathered in different places around the skirt and had a sweetheart neckline that perfectly complemented her statement diamond necklace.
