Lightning Flows in Salesforce: Introduction to flows

We have a customer who wants to submit a case. There is an account record for their company in Salesforce with 6 contacts related to the Account. They want to submit a case and relate the case to multiple contacts, alerting each of the contacts that get related to the Case. Need help to Create a Flow that does the following: 1) Gathers 5-10 attributes (e.g. Subject, Description, priority, etc.) in a screen (2) In the same, or different, screen, show the 5 contacts related to the account and let the user select any of the related contacts(3) Creates a case (4) Relates the selected contacts from the previous screen to the case in a junction object (5) Sends out an email alert to the contacts that are related to the cases
