this change wasn't needed at all pho could have just stopped the additional stats increase when u reached level 575 but instead made the game worse ofc he also had to tamper with clothing buffs to fuck it up even more I swear somethings mentally wrong with him after every good update he just drops a uneeded patch that just ruins the hype of the game its like as if he hates the game and doesn't want his community to enjoy gpo

They will probably increase the level cap this week on the mini update and when the Whole Cake upd drops they will increase it again. I hope they add at least 100 levels

Why didnt they just do this for certain gamemodes like making items do less? Like for example in BR roger fit giving 250, its reduced to like 100 or 125 so it doesnt make you overly tanky depending on the build

What he doesn’t seem to realize is this doesn’t balance anything. When he nerfed the scaling of hp and stam back in update 5 I knew it was a terrible idea. We were starting to feel the affects of the nerfs after the dressrossa update and now with the new weapons and v2s. We do to much dmg and don’t have the health to compensate. Now it’s even worse. He just continues to nerf players in pve for no reason and now pvp is taking a hit to.

ngl maybe i like this its like the og gpo in the update 0 when you need to makee a character with a good hp mid damage or godly damage trash hp not like now you jsut can make character with 2000 hp 70m1 damage and 700stamina its a good point to make gpo balance agin

im ngl this change was not needed nor would it ever be relevant. phoeyu defended it saying eventually the level cap would be increased to the point where certain stats wouldnt need a certain amount of points in it, but phoeyus forgetting the fact that the game goes on constant content droughts between 3-7+ months, and because of that loses majority of its players. this change would only be relevent by the time gpo has died
