Ending poverty is by giving the money to those who cannot get it for whatever reason. Give the money - through bank account of anyone whose balance is below the monthly food and rent needs. Today's means of exchange is the cashform, not bushels of wheat systems like before. What are you of the UN doing in this issue anyhow. Your job is not in this work because you dont print the cashforms. Do your own job. That is to supervise the rulerkings and advise them on ethical governance. Openly directly privately - or threaten them with war, or other action. If the UN becomes useless then it deserves no money from member states. The new UNGA president is not be bogged down with old time corruptions within that office, which is a police matter - maybe for the new york cops or the FBI to deal with. I see so many employed within the UN, and they dont seem to know how to implement the charter effectively and are just following protocols. I gave you an international court, use it.
