Seems like still no support for Arupilot though! Perhaps the best autopilot firmware out there IMHO.

Wish they would support ArduPilot.... Flying a few of their older boards for many years. Never had any problems with them.

Oh my god why dont other flight controllers have such easy firmware installing?!

Seriously. I'm coming back to this hobby after about 7 years. I had a quad that wasnt fully put together, decided to complete it. Was immediately disappointed to find that the fc was so old its straight up not supported by anything anymore.

So I ordered a newer version of that fc, got it, and after plugging it in...
The software recognized it, which was good, but then refused to let me customize anything until updating the firmware.

Guess what? The firmware updater kept failing. I tried all 3 "supported" configurators too (betaflight, inav, ardupilot) and never got a usable result after 3 hours of troubleshooting.

To see a board where you just drag and drop the firmware, no software to mess things up? Yes please. Expensive, but worth it.

To anyone important reading this; while I get there will be a learning process with the software configuration in general, actually getting it working should be as frictionless as possible. The fact you cant configure your board at all unless you are on the most recent firmware combined with it being possible for firmware updates to fail is a MASSIVE issue that needs to be resolved. Thats gonna turn people away and make them feel they've wasted their money.
