1st of all thank you for ur tutorials 2de of all dmn i do the same like u i do whatever i want to do in the morning for 1h30 then i work for an hour and i take a break for 10 min then after like 6 hours i take lunch for an hour then 2 hours then 2 hours of streaming then i dinner i unwind and madidate then i have a good day then i sleep and repeat the cycle days off Sunday and Wednesday.

I do the opposite. I work until a set time and then I'm done for the day. No going back, no cheating.
