THE MAGIC OF BLACKPOOL AIRSHOW!

With only a week to go before the 2018 Blackpool Airshow - here is a compilation from the show last year, featuring all the old favourites, plus a fantastic display by the Calidus Autogyro, one of the surprising hits at any airshow.

Blackpool is an important place in aviation because the Bae Systems Warton factory is only a few minutes drive away, and the Eurofighter Typhoon front-line fighter jet of the RAF, which is featured in this video is assembled there, and it is in these Blackpool skies where the aircraft did a lot of it's flight testing and was the first place the aircraft flew in the UK.
