The Bayfields Blood Orange Gin Cocktail

Looking for a spookily great Halloween Cocktail? Try our Bayfield’s Halloween Blood Orange Gin Cocktail.

Also, if blood oranges are hard for you to come by – navel oranges are also delicious.

INGREDIENTS
– 20ml Simple Syrup (one part water to one part sugar simmered for 5 mins together and cooled)
– Blood Oranges (navel are completely fine too)
– 20ml Your favourite Gin
– Ice Cubes
– Tonic or Sparkling water

In a cocktail glass juice and strain your oranges (approximately 3 tablespoons) over mountains of ice. Pour in Gin, Simple Syrup and top with Tonic or Sparkling water and garnish with orange.
