Everything about this scene is perfect. Tommy's deliverly of the line, pulling the panties out of his pocket, the crowd cheering, the bailiff dancing as Martin talks to noone on the phone. One of my favorite Martin episodes.

The thing that always made me laugh even harder about this scene is that Martin was actually the one on trial and he flipped it around like he was the prosecuting attorney. I love when he said ¨You have and address book may I see it, exhibit A¨ and then started badgering the witness Tommy
